About FX4 Group LLC

FX4 Group LLC is a licensed freight brokerage company operating in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. We act as an intermediary between shippers who need to transport goods and carriers who provide transportation services. FX4 Group LLC does not own or operate trucks and does not physically transport freight.

Use of Our Website

The FX4 Group LLC website is provided for informational and service-related purposes, including freight quote requests, carrier onboarding, and general inquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the site.

You may not:

  • Use our website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from our website without prior written consent
  • Impersonate FX4 Group LLC or any of its representatives

    • Freight Brokerage Services

    FX4 Group LLC provides freight brokerage services by connecting shippers with independent, third-party carriers. The following terms apply to our brokerage services:

  • Quotes: All freight quotes provided by FX4 Group LLC are estimates based on information provided by the shipper and current market conditions. Quotes are subject to change and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
  • Carrier responsibility: FX4 Group LLC arranges transportation through independent carriers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any carrier, including but not limited to loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of freight.
  • Shipper responsibility: Shippers are responsible for the accurate description of freight, proper packaging, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods.
  • FMCSA compliance: All carrier partners used by FX4 Group LLC are required to hold valid operating authority and appropriate insurance coverage in compliance with FMCSA regulations.

    • Carrier Onboarding

    Carriers who register with FX4 Group LLC agree to the following:

  • All information provided during onboarding is accurate and complete
  • You hold a minimum of 90 days active operating authority at the time of registration
  • You maintain the required minimum insurance coverage including $100,000 in cargo liability and $1,000,000 in automobile liability
  • You will comply with all applicable federal and state transportation regulations on every load
  • FX4 Group LLC reserves the right to decline or terminate a carrier relationship at its sole discretion

    • Rates and Payment

  • Freight rates are agreed upon between FX4 Group LLC and the shipper prior to load confirmation
  • Payment terms are set out in individual service agreements or rate confirmations
  • FX4 Group LLC reserves the right to adjust rates in response to significant changes in fuel costs, market conditions, or other factors, with reasonable notice to the shipper

    • Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FX4 Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of freight, business interruption, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FX4 Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the FX4 Group LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FX4 Group LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
